Information about the share capital
Operations affecting the breakdown of the share capital In 2013, M.R.M. was recapitalised (see Section 1.2 of the 2013 Registration Document) whereby SCOR SE completed a cash capital increase, all bonds issued by DB Dynamique Financière, formerly a wholly owned M.R.M. subsidiary, were converted into M.R.M. shares, and stock warrants were exercised.
