3 FEES PAID TO THE STATUTORY AUDITORS The total amount of Statutory Auditor fees on the Company’s 2018 income statement was €100,5 thousand compared with €103,6 thousand in 2017. These break down as follows: • fees for statutory auditing: €100,5 thousand paid to Mazars and RSM Paris compared with €87,1 thousand in 2017; • fees for other services: None in 2018, compared to €6,5 thousand paid to Mazars to verify the social, societal and environmental information published in the Group’s 2017 management report.
