This Cash Generating Unit mainly concerns Clarisonic. (1)

2015 acquisitions mainly relate to Niely and The Body Shop Australia for €337.9 million. No significant disposals took place during 2015.

Other movements mainly reflect the positive impact of changes in exchange rates for €272.9 million. The accumulated impairment losses relating to Softsheen-Carson, Yue-Sai and Sanoflore amount to €152.6 million, €34.4 million and €35.7 million respectively at 31 December 2015.
