Sales staff include: s s all people in direct contact with clients in stores, such as sales asso- ciates, cashiers, hostesses, store security staff, etc.; s s specialised networks (perfumes, watches, etc.), and all indivi- duals who work with intermediaries, sales representatives, export managers, etc.; s s all people in direct contact with finished goods and in indirect contact with clients, that is, employees who work in distribution but who are not directly engaged in selling. Production staff include: s s all stakeholders taking part in the physical production of finished goods; s s all people in indirect contact with finished goods, that is, employees who work in production without taking part in the actual process of physical production. Support staff include: s s all people who employ a specific skill or expertise in design or other creative fields; s s all people who are members of departments such as Group mana- gement, finance, human resources, administration, legal, IT, press, public relations, etc.
