To the best of our knowledge, having taken all reasonable measures to ensure that such is the case, we hereby certify that the information contained in this registration document is in accordance with the facts and contains no omission likely to affect its import. To the best of our knowledge, the financial statements have been pre- pared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and give a fair view of the assets, liabilities and financial position and results of the Company and all the undertakings included in the consolidation, and that the management report − items of which are listed on page 323 (Reconciliation with management report) − presents a fair view of the development and performance of the business operations, results and financial position of the Company and all the undertakings included in the consolidation, and that it describes the main risks and uncertainties to which they are exposed. We have received a letter from the Statutory Auditors certifying that they have audited the financial position and accounting information provided in this document and that they have read the document in its entirety.
