Explanatory notes on the employees The changes over the five financial years presented in the tables above take into account the overall change in payroll. The change in overall employee compensation also reflects (i) a positive dynamic of salary measures throughout the years presented, as well as (ii) the impact of allocations under employee shareholding plans and in particular the latest plan awarded on 15 June 2023.
