The renewal of Board members in 2021, 2022 and 2023 made it possible for:

the proportion of independent members on the Board (1/3), the Audit and Risk Committee (60%) and the CAG‑CSR Committee (2/3) to be maintained; s the proportion of women (50%) to be maintained; s the balance of powers within the Board to be maintained; s the proportion of employee representative members to be maintained (2). s
