In accordance with Article 12 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the voting right is exercised by the bare owner for all decisions taken by all General Meetings, except for decisions concerning the allocation of net income, for which the voting right is exercised by the usufructuary. The procedures for publication and allocation of voting rights are detailed in §7.2.1.2. (2) Figures have been rounded to the nearest tenth.
