Summary of main areas of expertise and experience MrBlaise Guerrand is a graduate of HEC Paris.

He began his career as an Analyst in the equity capital markets department of NM Rothschild & Sons in London between 2005 and 2006. From 2007 to 2010 he was an Associate, then Director of Equity Investments for the Indian subsidiary of Ashmore Investment Management, one of the world’s leading investors in emerging countries, with more than 75 billion dollars under management and listed on the London Stock Exchange. Since 2011 he has been a Managing Partner in corporate takeovers. Moreover, since 2007 he has been Director of the ACCESS Health International foundation which works in partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation to improve access to health care for the underprivileged in certain developing countries. Key skills He brings to the Board his in‑depth knowledge of the history and culture of Hermès, and emerging countries. His professional background, his expertise in the fields of finance, private equity and business management, and the commitment with which he carries out his duties enable him to make an effective contribution to the quality of the discussions and work of the Board in all of its areas of responsibility.
