2.7.3.3 NON‑FINANCIAL COMMUNICATION The sustainability and performance of Hermès’ business model have been recognised on several occasions by independent bodies, such as dedicated ESG rating and ranking agencies through their 2022 ratings. These assessments were carefully chosen by Hermès for their credibility, rigour and representativeness of the priority issues of the sector, including, but not limited to, the following analysts: (2)

Hermès’ unique communication is based on building an authentic relationship with its various stakeholders. Hermès traditionally favours the design and production of events, both private and open to the public, to a space‑buying approach. The Group is committed to responsible, sincere, non‑misleading, accurate and balanced communication, with an important focus on multi‑local expression. Through its communication, the Group also undertakes not to make unfounded allegations. This founding commitment is enshrined in the Group’s ethics charter . (1)
