Subject to the decisions of the Ordinary General Meeting of 20 April 2022, an interim dividend of €2.50 was paid on 23 February 2022. (1) In the context of the health crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, on 30 March 2020, on the proposal of the Executive Management, the Supervisory Board decided (2) to modify the dividend distribution proposal initially submitted to the Shareholders’ General Meeting of 24 April 2020 and to reduce the amount from €5.00 to €4.55 per share, i.e. the same amount as that paid in 2019.
