(1) Of which €0.7 million for certification services and €0.1 million for services other than certification of financial statements by PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit, Statutory Auditors of the company and its French subsidiaries. Services other than certification of financial statements provided by PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit mainly relate to procedures of the independent third-party organisation on the social, societal and environmental information and their review of the impacts of new standards. (2) Services other than certification of the financial statements mainly include technical consultations for our foreign subsidiaries relating to compliance with local and international tax regulations, as well as various compliance certification and assessments.
