Mr Charles-Éric Bauer holds a degree in technical analysis from Institut des Techniques de Marchés. He is also a graduate of École d’Administration et Direction des Affaires (EAD) business school, with an option in finance. He served as Co-Managing Director and Head of Mutual Fund Management at CaixaGestion from 2000 to 2005, and as Director, Corporate and Institutional Clients, CaixaBank France from 2005 to 2007. Since March 2007 he has been the Managing Partner of Hem-Fi Conseil, a private equity firm.
