Issues of securities (general case) In the eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth resolutions, we ask that you renew a certain number of resolutions in order to delegate to the Executive Management the authority to decide on various issues of the Company’s securities with or without preemptive subscription rights. These resolutions are designed, as required by law, to give the Executive Management the necessary flexibility to act in the best interests of the Company, under the oversight of the Supervisory Board of the Company and the Executive Management Board of the company Émile Hermès SARL, Active Partner. The diversity of financial products and the rapid changes in the markets require the Executive Management to have the greatest flexibility in order to choose the most favourable issuance methods for the Company and its shareholders, in order to rapidly carry out operations according to the opportunities that may arise. The Executive Management will thus have the ability, under all circumstances, both in France and abroad, to issue ordinary shares of the Company, as well as:
