Subject to the decisions of the Ordinary General Meeting of 4 May 2021. An interim dividend of €1.50 was paid on 4 March 2021. (1) In the context of the health crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, on 30 March 2020, on the proposal of the Executive Management, the Supervisory Board decided (2) to modify the dividend distribution proposal initially submitted to the Shareholders’ General Meeting of 24 April 2020 and to reduce the amount from €5.00 to €4.55 per share, i.e. the same amount as that paid in 2019.
