To the best of our knowledge, having taken all reasonable measures to ensure that such is the case, we hereby certify that the information contained in this Universal registration document is in accordance with the facts and contains no omission likely to affect its import. To the best of our knowledge, the financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and give a fair view of the assets, liabilities and balance sheet and results of the Company and all the undertakings included in the consolidation, and the Executive Management’s report items, of which are listed on pages 451 and 452 (Reconciliation with management report) presents a fair view of the development and performance of the business operations, results and balance sheet of the Company and all the undertakings included in the consolidation, and it describes the main risks and uncertainties to which they are exposed. We have received a letter from the Statutory Auditors certifying that they have audited the balance sheet and accounting information provided in this document and that they have read the document in its entirety.
