CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SUPERVISORY BOARD'S' REPORT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

The six areas given reflect the Hermès Group’s major operational challenges and the main issues that the Supervisory Board and its committees are called upon to oversee in the course of their duties.

MAIN AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE OF BOARD MEMBERS Each member of the Supervisory Board is asked to make a declaration listing the areas in which he or she has particular expertise. This declaration is made upon their appointment and again each year, when the Universal registration document is prepared.
