Mr. Yamauchi (10) 56,244 The amounts of compensation allocated to Directors for the 2019 financial year and paid in 2020 have been reduced compared with the strict application of the rules for * allocating the overall budget approved by the General Meeting of June 15, 2018. Indeed, the total gross amount of directors' compensation (€2,294,750) being greater than the overall budget of €1,500,000, a reduction coefficient of approximately 35.4% was applied to the individual compensation of each Director. The amounts disclosed in the table correspond to the actual amounts allocated to Directors after taking into account the 25% reduction decided by the Board of Directors. ** The compensation payable to the Directors representing the employees and the Director representing the employee shareholders for their corporate office is paid to their (1) respective trade unions. Director whose term of office ended on June 12, 2019. (2) Director representing the French State. The compensation allocated to Mr. Courbe and Mr. Vial is paid to the State budget pursuant to Order no. 2014-948 of August 20, (3) 2014.

In accordance with Nissan's internal policy, which provides that (8) its employees serving on Renault's Board of Directors shall waive all compensation for such office, Mr. Joji Tagawa will not receive any compensation for his office as a Director of Renault.
