The Alliance’s financial indicators 1.2.5

Synergies 1.2.5.1 The profound changes in the governance of Renault, of Nissan and of the Alliance in 2019 and the revision of the objectives of the mid-term plans scheduled for 2020 have affected the calculation of the Alliance’s synergies.

Alliance members are currently working on a new calculation methodology that will provide a better understanding of the impact of these synergies on the economic performance of each of its members, including Renault. In this context, the relevance of the amount of synergies, calculated according to the old methodology, does not seem sufficient to be published, particularly in this document.
