A sustainable real estate policy Since the 2010s, La Poste Immobilier has been a pioneer in terms of energy efficiency and has taken positions in anticipation of regulations: ■ certification policy for logistics buildings from 2009; ■ implementation of “green leases” in 2010, i.e. two years before the regulatory deadline; ■ voluntary commitment in the Service-Sector Charter without waiting for the publication of the “service-sector decree”; ■ eco-design of buildings; ■ policy of energy improvement work included in the scheduling of major repairs and maintenance work, from 2015; ■ “behaviour management” through the Cube 2020 competition or more recently the creation of Sobre Énergie; ■ implementation of an ISO 50001 certified Energy Management System; ■ creation of an energy management subsidiary: Sobre Énergie. They must allow La Poste to control its energy costs, maintain its competitiveness and preserve the value of its assets. In addition, this energy and climate policy is part of a more global vision of La Poste Immobilier's CSR commitments, the first of its 4 pillars, "Acting for a positive environmental impact", also includes a biodiversity and waste management component. and resources.
