The figures presented for 31 December 2022 are pro forma .

15.6 Accumulated OCI not disaggregated at the transition As explained in the paragraph on transitional provisions (see 2.2.1.1 of the principles and methods), other comprehensive income (“OCI”) was reduced to zero at the transition for the liabilities described in that paragraph.

-€283 million as at 31 December 2022; ❯ -€147 million as at 31 December 2023. ❯

The decrease in OCI since the transition is explained by the increase in interest rates. The allocation of these assets to the corresponding liabilities (and therefore the OCI) has also decreased, as these liabilities are in the claims settlement period.

Against these liabilities, the Group holds financial assets recognised at fair value through OCI. The amount of OCI before tax relating to these assets is estimated at: +€409 million as at 1 January 2022, the date of the transition; ❯
