A property under reconstruction in La Défense was reclassified from operating property to investment property. The disposals mainly concern the scrapping of a Parisian building undergoing major restructuring.
It should be noted that the Group has applied IFRS 16 since 1 January 2019: leases are now recognised as an asset as well as a liability for the rent payment obligation.
