DECLARATION OF EXTRA-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

This part correspondsto section 8of the managementreport of the combinedfinancial statementsfor fiscal year 2019,audited by the statutory auditors. The social, societal,and environmentalinformationpublishedin this “declaration”  (1) covers all entitieswithin the scope of the combined financial statements, namely the regional mutuals, subsidiaries, and national entities. This approach provides a significant and comprehensiveassessmentof Groupamagroup’sprogressin CSR (corporatesocial responsibility)in terms of understandingCSR risks and issues, and the steps taken and the results obtained.The elementsof the Group CSR Strategyare also summarisedin part 1.4of the 219 “URD”  (2) and in the Groupama group’s annual report.
