The share capital before the conversion resulted from the Groupama SAshares contributedby GroupamaHolding on 7 June completionof the takeover of GroupamaHolding 2 and Groupama included the 6,752 sharesacquiredbetween1 Januaryand 7 June Holding and the subsequenttransactionson the share capital.
