ThierryMartel qualifiesfor the defined-benefitsscheme formembers ofthe SteeringCommittee.Note that the principle ofthe extension ofthis scheme to the corporateofficers who aremembers ofthe SteeringCommittee was approvedin the GeneralMeetingof 29 June 2006,and thatthis extension was appliedto ThierryMartel asapprovedat the meeting ofthe Board of Directors of 15 December2011 and confirmed on 19 February 2014. Eligibility for thisscheme issubject toseveral conditions precedent, ■ includingthe completionof the career, theliquidation ofall pensionplans and thecondition ofbeing orhavingbeen amemberof the Steering Committee fora minimum ofat least five years. The escalation of the rights is 2%per yearof the averagegross annual ■ salary of the last 36 months(fixed portion+ benefitsin kind). According to the termsof the contract,the annuity paidfor thiscontract ■ may not exceed30% ofthe averagegrossannual compensation for the last 36 months, keeping in mind thatall basic,complementaryand supplementaryschemesmust not exceed50%of the beneficiary’s gross annual compensation.
