I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, the financial statements have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and faithfully reflect the assets, liabilities, financial situation and earnings of the company and all the companies included in its consolidation group, and that the information from the management report listed in the correspondence table on page 303 presents an accurate picture of the development of the business, earnings and financial situation of the company and all the companies included in the consolidation group, as well as a description of the main risks and uncertainties facing them. I have received a completion letter from the Statutory Auditors in which they indicate that they have verified the information relating to the financial situation and financial statements given in this document and that they have reviewed the entire document. The historical financial information relating to the financial year ended December 31, 2017 presented in this document is the object of reports by the Statutory Auditors, which appear on pages 305 to 312 of this document.
