In addition the emission of 2,834 tCO 2 , ( i.e. 8% of the total emissions from existing buildings) was avoided through the use of green energy for the office portfolio. However, this performance cannot yet be valued directly in the reporting because there is no recognized method to do so.

The measures taken on the property portfolio (some of which are specifically detailed in the introductory table) have generated a 12% decrease in building-related GHG emissions, climate adjusted, compared with 2016. By adding the emissions related to specific uses of the tenants (in Scope 3), a decrease of 10% is recorded, for total emissions of 36,343 tCO 2 .
