The results of these assessments for the characteristics that can improve without a restructuring of the building are taken into account to determine the means of improving the performance of the property portfolio and are incorporated into the performance improvement action plans (see 7.2.3 “CSR management”). The main key actions are presented in the table below.

For residential property portfolio, most of these characteristics have an impact on the initial choice of housing and encouraging tenant loyalty. The methodology applied for office properties will be adapted to the residential sector starting in 2018 to define action plans and improve the performance of assets in this area.
