The control of property risks is based on three main tools: risk mapping, risk prevention plans and an alarm mechanism. Property risk mapping 6.1.7.1.1 It aims to identify and define sets of standards and policies for each of the major risks associated with property portfolio. It is meant to be updated whenever the relevant regulations change and in the event of a significant change in the Group’s strategy. It seeks to help the different Group players pay more attention to risks linked to buildings in their day-to-day management and to reinforce their involvement in this regard.

The inventory of risks associated with building safety and environment is regularly reviewed by the Risk Management Department and validated by Executive Management.
