RISKS Risks

Risk sensitivity and correlation The purpose of a risk correlation study is to identify Group’s risks. In 2017, the analysis was completed by interactions among the principal risks in order to improve the formalizing a risk sensitivity analysis method. The latter will risk control process. In 2016, the Risk and Compliance be deployed starting in 2018 and will include improved Department initiated preparatory work to correlate the analysis of the correlation of certain risks.

Every year, Gecina analyzes those risks whose occurrence could have a material impact on the Group’s business. The Eurosic acquisition has been included in the risk review due procedures. The summary table of the Group’s main risks ranks risks according to two levels (high or moderate). Note that the summary table neither seeks to compile an exhaustive inventory of risks, nor make a chronological ranking, with respect to the dynamic changes in each of the risk levels over time. Risk control actions are integrated into the objectives determined by each of the departments concerned. Refer to Chapter 1 for the four main risks.

Stability of the risk level;

Decrease in the risk of exposure.

The summary table of risks includes a CSR integration notification in the risk control process concerned, by way of a reference to the corresponding CSR chapter.
