Fixum includes a base fee for Board membership and the relevant Committee membership as the case may be (Audit Committee, Remuneration, Nomination and Governance Committee (“RNGC”), Ethics, Compliance and Sustainability Committee (“ECSC”)). The fixum for the year 2023 was paid 50% in January 2023 and 50% in July 2023. The fixum for the year 2022 was paid 50% in January 2022 and 50% in July 2022 except in relation to the ad hoc Committee for which the full amount was paid in January 2023. (1) 2023 attendance fees include the Board of Directors attendance fees and the fees in relation to the relevant Committee (Audit Committee, RNGC and ECSC) meetings. The Board of Directors attendance fees related to the first semester 2023 were paid in July 2023, those related to the second semester 2023 were paid in January 2024. The Committees’ attendance fees related to the full year 2023 were paid in January 2024. (2) Amount before donation by the Chairman of the portion exceeding his fixed remuneration received in 2022. (3) Member of the Audit Committee since 19 April 2023. (4) Member of the Board of Directors, the RNGC and the ECSC until 12 April 2022. (5) Member of the Board of Directors until 12 April 2022. (6)
