Auditor Fees

Fees related to professional services rendered by the Company’s auditor, Ernst & Young Accountants LLP, for the fiscal year 2023 were €0.7 million (in 2022: €0.8 million) and the fees related to professional services rendered other EY member firms €2.3 million (in 2022: €1.9 million). These fees relate to audit services only.
