177 initial supplier audits in Asia, South America and Europe. One supplier was removed from the list following these audits. Suppliers obtaining a score below 50 undertook remedial action. 58 monitoring audits were carried out in 2017.

Incentive policy, including share ownership

The Group has been giving employees an interest in its financial results for more than 50 years. In France, 50% of all incentive payments made by the Group is split equally between all employees in France. At the end of 2017, the number of employees who directly own shares (shares managed directly by the Group’s shareholder department) was 885, in addition to 1,297 former employees.
