building refurbishment costs, short term lease charges, maintenance, upkeep and repair of assets and any other direct expenditure related to the routine maintenance of property and equipment necessary for their proper functioning should be considered. For 2022, operating expenses amounted to €332 million for the Exclusive Networks Group, distributed as follows:  staff costs: €183 million;  depreciation of assets: €73 million;  other current and non-current operating expenses: €76.5 million, of which €27 million correspond to external expenses.
