Individually immaterial joint ventures The Group has an interest of 50% in joint venture FinansNett Norge AS, a company offering data communications through a metropolitan area network (“MAN”) in Oslo. This network provides communication services for use by backup and disaster recovery solutions as used by brokers and other participants in the financial sector.

In addition, the Group (sharing joint control with the other founders) has an interest of 16.23% in LiquidShare S.A.S., a fintech joint venture with the objective to improve SME’s access to capital markets and improving the transparency and security of post-trading operations using blockchain technology.
