4.4.2.9.2. Appointment and dismissal Ramon Fernandez retired after the Annual General Meeting held on 16 May 2019. Nathalie Rachou and Morten Thorsrud were appointed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of 8 October 2019.

The Remuneration Policy for the members of the Supervisory Board will be submitted to the General Meeting of May 2020. Euronext does not issue option or share plans or other incentive plans to the Supervisory Board. Euronext has not granted any loans tomembers of the Supervisory Board. There are no service contracts which provide for benefits upon termination of employment with members of the Supervisory Board.
