The main purpose of the Digital Committee is to assist • the Supervisory Board with digitalization efforts. For this purpose, the committee’s role isto: Discuss Groupdigital strategy withmanagement; • Ramp up the inclusion of digital within the Group’s • operational activities to make ita driverof growth; Monitorand analyzethe digital environment(competitors, • risks andopportunities, technological innovations);and Evaluatethe cyberrisk and the relevanceof measuresput • in place, in coordination with the audit committee.

The Committee will begin its activity in 2020. •
