Statement by the person responsible for the Registration Document including the Annual Financial Report I hereby certify that to the best of my knowledge and having taken all reasonable care to ensure that such is the case, the information contained in this Registration Document is true and fair and does not contain any omission likely to affect its import. I hereby certify that, to the best of my knowledge, the financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and results of the Company and all consolidated companies, and that the Executive Board's report presented on page 414 provides a fair review of the development and performance of the business, results and financial position of the Company and all consolidated companies, together with an accurate description of the principal risks and uncertainties they face. I obtained an audit letter from the Statutory Auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit and Mazars, in which they indicated that they have verified the information regarding the financial position and the financial statements contained herein, and have read the entire Registration Document.
