These performance conditions are assessed at the end of the vesting period of two years up to the 2015/3 plan and three years for subsequent plans. (1) Adjusted for share capital transactions. (2) These free shares are derived from the share purchase option plan for the year in question and their number results from the choice made by each beneficiary, where appropriate, to convert a portion of the share purchase options into shares at a ratio determined at each grant.
