Jean-PhilippeRoesch began his career with six years at Arthur Andersen. He joined Econocomgroup at the end of 1989 as Chief Financial Officer for EconocomFrance. After heading various subsidiaries within the Group, Jean-PhilippeRoesch held a number of roles (Company Secretary of Econocom group in 2001, Deputy managing Director in 2004), culminating in his appointment as managing Director in 2006. He ceased to perform these duties at the end of 2016. From October 2018 to July 2019, he had a support role for the Executive Committee. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Linkfluence SAS.

The Econocom Board of Directors declares that, to its knowledge, none of the Directors have ever been convicted of fraud or subject to any official or public indictment and/or sanction preventing him/her from acting as a member of the management or supervisory body by any legal or supervisory authority, and that none of the Directors have been prevented by a court of law from serving as a member of the governing body and that, in this capacity, they have never been involvedin bankruptcy proceedings.
