Adeline Challon-Kemoun began her career as a communications consultant with Image 7. She subsequently held executive managementpositions(Euris and Rallye) and servedas CommunicationsDirector for major groups (Casino, France Télévisions and Air France-KLM).She was notably ExecutiveVice President of Marketing, Digital & Communications for Air France-KLM and a member of the Group Executive Committee until 2017. In 2018, she joined the Michelin Group as Executive Vice President of Engagement and Brands, and became a member of the Group ExecutiveCommittee. She has been an independent Director of Bourbon Corporation since March 2017. She has a sound understanding of the expectations of brand and image issues, as well as individual andcorporate customers. Gaspard Dürrleman began his career with Basaltes group in 1982. He went on to head Econocom Trading from 1985 to 1987, then Innovationet GestionFinancièrefrom 1987 to 1992. He was subsequentlyheadof the leather goodsdivisionat Hermèsuntil 2000, and then of Delvaux in Belgium until 2003. He then joinedArthus-Bertrandgroup,whichhe ran for threeyears. In 2009,he becameChairmanand CEO of Cambour,a jewellerymanufacturer,a position he held until the end of 2015. Since then, in parallel with its consultancyactivity withplayersin the luxurymarketsector,he has taughtin a businessschooland in 2018he was awarded a University Teaching Diploma in multi-disciplinaryhealthstudiesin conjunction with UniversitéParis 7 Bichat. Lastly, he is a Director Filatures & Tissages Jules Tournier Jules Tournier& fils, a livingheritagecompany (Entreprised u PatrimoineVivant) specialisi ng in spinning and weaving for major luxury brands.

Véronique di Benedetto started out as an AccountManagerat IBM. In 1985, she became a sales agent before being appointed Sales Director with ECS, and then taking over the Group’s international activities, and finally becoming managing Director in 2009. After the mergerbetweenEconocomand ECS, she was appointedDeputymanagingDirector of the newGroup, runningoperationsin France. In 2015, she was appointedVice-ChairFrance, responsible primarily for CSR strategy and start-up supervision in various sectors, includingeducationand culture.She was also appointed Vice Chairman of Syntec Numérique. Bruno Grossi worked for over 20 years at Accenture, where he was partner, in charge of the telecom and media sectors in France and in Benelux. Co-Chairman of Osiatis between 2010 and 2013, before its merger with Econocomgroup in September 2013,he was its managing Director in charge of day-to-day management until 20 October 2020. He remains a Director of Econocom group. Marie-Christine Levet is one of France’s pioneeringfigures in the Internet world and has over 25 years’ experience in the new technologiessector as both an entrepreneur and investor. She has run several French Internet and media companies (Lycos, Club-Internet,Testsgroup,etc.).Leveragingher entrepreneurial experience, Marie-Christine Levet switchedover to the investmentsector, taking part in the founding of Jaina Capital, one of France’s first investment funds specialisingin seed funding.Convincedof the education sector’s need to undergo transformation,Marie-ChristineLevet founded Educapital,the first Europeaninvestmentfund devotedto the innovativeeducationsector, in October 2017.She is also a Directorof Maisons du Monde, SoLocal and AFP. Her entrepreneuriael xperienceas bothan investor and Director of pioneeringcompaniesin the digital market as well as in digital transformation consulting is an asset in supporting Econocom group’s development strategy.
