to securities carrying voting rights reach a proportion of 5% or more of total existing voting rights. Shareholders must also notify the Company in the event that they directly or indirectly acquire securities carrying voting rights when, as a result of their acquisition, the number of voting rights reaches or exceeds 10%, 15%, 20%, and every five-percentage point threshold thereafter, of total existing voting rights. Notification is also required in the event that shareholders directly or indirectly sell securities carrying voting rights when, as a result of this sale, the voting rights fall below one of the thresholds stated above. In accordance with article 6 of the TransparencyAct, thedisclosurerequirements mentioned above apply whenever the number of voting rights rises above or falls below the specified thresholdsas a result of, among others: the acquisition or sale of securities 1. carrying voting rights, regardless of how the securities were acquired or sold, for example, by means of a purchase, sale, exchange, contribution, merger, spin-off or succession; unintentionally crossing the specified 2. thresholds (due to an event altering the allocationof voting rights); or the conclusion, modification or 3. termination of an agreement to act in concert. The FSMA and the Company must be informed of any such event as soon as possible, and at the latest within four

workingdays of the date on which the event took place. The Company is required to publish all of the information contained in such notifications no later than three business days after receipt. It must also disclose its ownership structure in the notes to its annual financial statements, based on the notifications received. The Company is also required to publish the total amount of share capital, the total number of securities carrying voting rights and the total number of voting rights, as well as a breakdown by class (where appropriate) of the number of securities carrying voting rights and the total number of voting rights, at the end of each calendar month during which changes occurred in these amounts. Where appropriate, the Company is also required to publish the total number of bonds convertible into securities carrying voting rights and rights to subscribe for securities not yet issued carrying voting rights, the total number of voting rights that would result from exercising these conversion or subscription rights, and the total number of shares with no voting rights. Econocom’s largest 1.9. shareholder Jean-LouisBouchard,Chairmanof Econocom group, remains Econocom’s largest shareholder, with approximately 40.4% of the share capital at31 December2020.
