The following changes to the share capital occurred in 2020: The ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of 19 May 2020 decided to cancel 24,500,000 treasury shares, with no change in the share capital of Econocom group.

In addition, the same General Meeting introduced a double voting right for shareholders included in the registered list for more than two years.

At 31 December2020,thecapitalwasmadeup of 220,880,430shares and 280,656,613 voting rights. Changes in the Company’s share capital and number of shares since 1 January 2011 are summarised in the table below:
