Relations with companies controlled by Jean-Louis Bouchard SCI Dion-Bouton, of which Jean-Louis Bouchard is Managing Partner, owns the building in Puteaux, and it received €2.1 million in rent in 2020 (€2.5 million in 2019). A credit note to be received in the amount of €1.6 million was then collected corresponding to the non-occupancy of the premises over the first three quarters of 2020. In addition, the Econocom group booked receivables of €2.3 million representingthe depositspaid by Econocom France SASto SCI Dion-Bouton.

EconocomInternational BV(EIBV) – of which Jean-Louis Bouchard is a Partner – is a non- listed company that directly holds 40.4% of the share capital of Econocom group SE at 31 December 2020. Econocom International BVbilled fees of €2.0 million to Econocom group SE and its subsidiaries in 2020 for managing and coordinating the Group. These fees amounted to €2.4 million in 2019. It was also rebilled an amount of €0.4 million byEconocom group entities.
