Expiry date - In December 2014, the Board of Directors approved a plan to issue 2,500,000 stock subscription rights. These (1) options were issued by the Compensation Committee in 2014 (2,075,000 options), 2015 (360,000 options) and 2016 (105,000 options). The formula adopted will allow Econocom group to issue new shares upon exercise of these options. In May 2017, the Board of Directors approved a plan to issue 2,000,000 stock subscription rights, 1,950,000 (2) of which were issued in December 2017 by the Compensation Committee.
