In April 2020, Econocom Belux provided • technical support to Telenet, a telecoms operator,whenit provided500 smartphones with a BASE sim card free of charge as well as 500 additional BASE data sim cards to psychiatric hospitals and healthcare institutionsin order to break the isolationof coronavirus patients and young people suffering from mental health disorders and elderly peoplestaying in medicalcentres; in April 2019, as in September 2020, • EconocomBelux was a logistical partner of the 31st editionof the Télévie. The Télévie is a charitable event which raises funds for F.R.S.-FNRS and which has been taking place in French-speaking Belgium and Luxembourg since 1989. It is organised by RTL-TVI. It raises funds for scientific research in the fight against cancer and leukaemia, in both children and adults. About ten employees volunteered and installedover 200 laptops, used to Code the donations; Econocom Belux also invested in the • installation of solar panels in 2011. In 2020, the solar panels covered 28.4% of the consumption of its main building in Zaventem. Since the installation of these solar panels, Econocom Belux reduced its carbon footprint by398.64 tonnes; in addition, Econocom Belux also invested • in chargingstations for electriccars; in May 2020, the ENGIE Foundation • together with Econocom Belux Lease donated to Pierre-Yves Jeholet, Minister-Presidentof the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, a hundred laptop computers. These computers were given to public

schools in disadvantaged neighbourhoods that have set up online teaching platforms. This donation, in this period of Covid-19, helps to fight against thedigital divide. United Kingdom: EconocomUK suggested to its employees • to make donations to charities in the city of Birmingham.EconocomUK thus supported two of the charities of the BirminghamCity Mission. One of them is a resource centre which distributesfood, clothesand furniture to the needy. The charitable organisation distributesover 200 food parcels per month to people in difficulty. The charity has also given presents to about 3,000 children in the city. Econocom employees thus collected food, toys, household items and clothes from mid-November onwards in preparation for the Christmas period. With the appointment of Frances Weston, • member of “100 Women in Finance” (a global network of finance professionals), Econocom also becomes a member of this network. At the end of 2020, Econocom UK • partnered with TechInclusionUK, a new organisation fighting against digital exclusion. A partnership was also signed with the Tower Hamlets Education Partnership, to recondition and distribute digital equipment, provided by Econocom, to youngpupils attendingprimary school in Tower Hamlets. In total, around fifty iPads and laptops have been donated to several schools, giving students access to the resources they need to learn despite the coronavirus healthcrisis.
