We hereby declare that, to the best of our knowledge, the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 ژ December 2019, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in the European Union, and with the legal requirements applicable in Belgium, give a true and fair view of the assets, financial position and profit or loss of the Company and the undertakings in the consolidation taken as a whole, and that the Management Report includes a fair review of the performance of the business and the profit or loss and financial position of the Company and the undertakings in the consolidation taken as a whole, together with a description of the main risks and uncertainties.
