Non-current non-interest-bearing liabilities and other current liabilities estimated at fair value through profit or loss (Level ژ 3) correspond to contingent consideration liabilities arising on acquisitions of companies for €3.8 million (See 2.4). Non-current non-interest-bearing liabilities and other current liabilities estimated at fair value through equity (Level ژ 3) correspond to liabilities under put and call

options on noncontrolling interests for €62.1 ژ million (see 2.4). Contingent consideration liabilities are measured based on the estimated future performance of the entities concerned ( e.g., EBIT multiples, expected future cash flows, etc.). Based on the information held by the Group, the fair value of financial liabilities approximates their carrying amount.
