Note 18 Sta ff costs and headcount

Statutory employee pro fi t sharing agreements and voluntary pro fi t sharing plans speci fi c to certain companies of the Group amounted to €1,559 thousand for the fi scal year ended September 30, 2020, compared with €3,078 thousand in the previous fi scal year. These amounts are expensed under sta ff costs for the fi scal year. At the end of the fi scal year under review, the headcount broke down as follows:
