Executive Committee

The ExecutiveCommittee is responsible for implementingandmonitoringvalue creation strategies for the company. It supervises thediversification strategy, theongoing international deployment, the fundraising strategy, theoperational performanceof our portfoliocompanies, the analysis of ourmarket environment, external growth operations, HRdevelopment, aswell as innovation anddigitizationprojects.

Marc Frappier (1) , Managing Partner, Head of Eurazeo Capital,

will be responsible for consolidating Eurazeo’s transatlantic positioning. He assumes a key role in order to boost our ability to drive the value creation transformation projects in the portfolio companies. Accordingly, he draws on our internal experts, foreign offices and business network.
